February 28th Entry

GuuzakaTube                                                                                                   2018-02-26

February 28th Entry

For some reason, but I don't know why, it feels like I haven't put up a blog post in forever. I know, the last post was put up 10 days ago, but still. Perhaps it's the fact that I failed to put up a post during the February 19-23 weekday period? Yeah, I think that's the reason why. Anyways! It's time to discuss the latest uploads! 😄🎮

The title does a fine job at telling you exactly what to expect in this video: me checking my inventory on camera, and attempting to assemble the BMW M2 Special Edition. Do I succeed? Nope! Well, not at the time of that recording at least. I have since unlocked the car from a long time, and I can tell you that it's great! It it indeed the new Class B King, so if you managed to win it during the Fall Out Boy event, it was worth it. The BMW M2 Special Edition is great for those time-limited events, multiplayer and has a high paying track in Season 9, Rooftop Raceway Munich. How is my inventory? It looks fine for the most part, though I did have some suspicions with a few of the parts. 🤔

The link above will take you to the video on the channel, as they usually do. If you wanted to read the article the video dealt with, read it here. Don't feel like reading it and would rather remain on this page for the summary? Ok, here you go: transparency and education. She wants YouTube to be a more transparent, friendly, educational, exciting place for 2018. That's great, but how are creators supposed to be excited for 2018 when they keep tightening the rules on what's advertiser friendly and what isn't? Oh, and we're certainly not going to let the complete AdSense demonetization of all channels with less than 4000 watch hours and 1000 subscribers go unmentioned. Removing AdSense from all less established people over the bots, spammers and bad actors is unbelievably wrong! Are they going to change this and grandfather in the good creators? Highly doubt it, but they really need to. Otherwise, this idea of getting many creators excited for 2018 is just going to be a fantasy dream for them. 😑

So the colours and lighting in this video are pretty bad. 😰 But you know what? I wanted to have more Windows 10 Mobile gaming videos on the channel, other than Asphalt 8 and the now defunct (on Windows Phone only) Subway Surfers. So this video and the other one I'm about to discuss, are my efforts for more smartphone gaming diversity. Now because this game is just about firing matching eggs to break them, with only two modes, there's not a ton I can write about this. In other words it's a simple time-passer, but can get boring quickly.

The last time I played a pinball game, was back in October 2016 on BlackBerry 10. 😱 Wow indeed. So when I saw this flashy game sitting around, I decided to give it a go and record it. There are 4 flashy tracks to choose from, but two of them require you to pay to get full-time access to them. 😒 But hey, at least you have a chance to temporarily play on them. The tracks are Carnival, Space Frontier, Wild West and Treasure Hunter. The latter two are the ones that require you to pay. Is this a good game? Yes, it plays smoothly and the graphics are great. But with a name that has "deluxe" and "reloaded" in it, one would hope that it would at least have 6 themes to choose from.

Did you survive the 1st episode of this madness? Who knows. You know you, so only you can tell me, but what if you're a liar or bragger? 🤣 Anyways! The series continues, so what's different about this one? Not a ton, aside from the fact that I attempt to play more sheet music. At one of the parts, I also hummed the same pitch the instrument would produce to create a fusional harmony effect. Have I made up my mind whether I would only do acoustic instruments and leave out electronic ones? Yes, I'll stick with acoustic instruments

So while there were some videos uploaded onto my channel a few days ago, no new videos have been made from a few days ago.  This means that no videos are being edited and uploaded at this time. Of course, it's only Tuesday (time of that writing) so I could film/record something if I really wanted to. Will I? Unfortunately, no. 😕 So no new uploads for this week. Maybe next week.

Now on a gaming related note, it looks like the long-time, popular smartphone racing game, Asphalt 8, is FINALLY seeing it's successor! 😱 Asphalt 9: Legends. Yep, about time. The graphics look good and all, but will it truly be as addictive as it's predecessor? Time will tell. I've seen a lot of people complaining about how they're too heavily invested in Asphalt 8, and how they don't like some of the mechanics. There's also a number of people claiming that it's just a hyped mix mash of Asphalt 8, Asphalt Xtreme and Asphalt Street Storm. 😵 So yeah, as you can tell there are a lot of varying opinions on this game. Will I give it a shot? Of course! That is, if they actually release it on Windows 10 Mobile. 😬 From the looks of it, it might just be iOS and Android only. I believe Windows 10 PC is supposed to get it, but only iOS and Android are guaranteed at this point. 😓 Guess I'm going to really have to try and get a Samsung Galaxy Note 8/9 or iPhone Plus this year. Not just for the sake of Asphalt 9, because that would just be stupid, but because they're admittedly superior to the BlackBerry Q10 and Nokia Lumia 1520. Then again, my BlackBerry Q10 has a headphone jack, microSD card slot, HDMI port and removable battery. Things that none of the 2016-2018 iPhones have! 😝 Therefore, in terms of hardware presence, this makes older devices like the "lowly" BlackBerry Q10 actually superior in those areas.🤗

Yes, and while we're talking about smartphones, have you seen the new Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus? How about the Vivo X20 Plus UD? Interesting aren't they? The S9 Plus is pretty much a Note 8 without its stylus! 🤣 The Note 8's presence of two cameras and a stylus is what made it stand out from the S8 Plus, so what's it going to do to be different this year? 😬 Hopefully be offered with 512GB of storage... Maybe a higher resolution camera other than 12 megapixels could also help. That's if, Samsung actually cares about making the Samsung Galaxy Note series different from the S series. Since 2016, it seems like the differences between the two series keeps getting smaller. Not good in my opinion.😕

Is there anything else I should discuss before closing this? No, I don't think I have anything else I would like to talk about. I'd normally include a nice image of the sort below my final words, but as you can see, Blogger is not cooperating with me! 😖

January 25th Entry: Impending Doom?

GuuzakaTube                                                                                                   2018-01-25

January 26th Entry: Impending Doom?

No, this title is not desperate clickbait. Those of you that are regulars already know that I don't do that type of garbage, unless it actually lives up to the hype. If you're only interested in reading about the "Doom", and all other things not so pertained to the uploads I'm about to discuss, head right over to the usual "What's Next & Other Ramblings" section. Otherwise, let us take the time right now to discuss the latest uploads! 😃🌊

Well, the video description sums up this video pretty well: check exclusive deals, open challenger league kit box, and go for a joke run with the BMW Hommage in the Research & Development course. There are other bits that take place as well, but that is the bulk of what the video was about. Now in regards to me not taking the BMW Hommmage event seriously, that's actually false. 😬 I've actually decided to go ahead and attempt to win this car. I don't know if I'll get it in time, and with the way it typically takes me a good 2-3 attempts to win a test, it seems like it might be mission impossible? Who knows, time will ultimately tell. Even if I don't make it, I could always attempt it again, when it's resurrected, but what if I become even busier by then? What if it takes a very long time to come back? What if the BMW Hommage becomes too irrelevant by then? Or perhaps the most dreaded fate would be: What it Gameloft drops support for Windows Phone by then?!😬😰😨😖 Mind you, they haven't said anything about this, but it could happen eventually, anytime this year? Hopefully not, but if they do, I hope they actually announce it in advance, unlike a certain other group, which just allegedly dropped support for Windows Phone in 2018 without saying a word! 🤦🏾‍♂️

So! Why exactly did I film this place and the others I'm going to discuss after this one? Because I felt like exploring Bowmanville's Scugog Street, and capturing some of the places there. Truthfully, this was actually something that I intended to get done since December 2017! Unfortunately, I couldn't do this because something would seemingly always come about. 😖😤😒 Well, I finally captured the places, but was very annoyed about those hindering circumstances. Oh well. 😓 Now inspirations and irritations aside, how did I find this place? Alright. Nothing spectacular about the architecture or anything, but it was good-looking place to photograph and film. Oh yes! I almost forgot to mention that for some reason, the strip between King Street & Scugog Street up to Scugog Street & Jackman Road, smelt very sour that day! 🤢🤮 Why? God knows! I don't know if there was a sewage leak, or if there were dogs that had urinated en masse that day, but wow! It was STAAAANKY!😷

And finally Blogger is functioning again, so I can type this! 🙄 Good grief, Google! Can you not do a better job at making your brands function? Or do did you just buy them for the sake of gobbling up additional data from people? Sometimes I really wonder. 😑 Anyways! Let's discuss Saint Stephen, since that's what you came here for. This area is large! I wasn't sure about whether it was going to be medium-sized or what, but wow! While the building itself wasn't freakishly huge, the property itself had other additional buildings on it, it seems. Whether they have anything to do with the school or not, is something I have no idea about. So let's also get the obvious out of the way while we're at it: this school looks very similar to the Holy Trinity Catholic Secondary School. Surprising? Yes and no. Yes, because I've never seen it before. No, because they're both apart of the Peterborough Victoria Northumberland and Clarington Catholic District School Board. 😵 I know, that is a mouthful to say! Well, all in all, it was an interesting place to visit, film, and photograph. As you can tell from the photos on this blog, the front was my favourite area. 😄

Can you believe that this man is what the town of Bowmanville is named after? For all the years I've known about this place, I never knew that. 😯 Wow. Now, let's discuss the school named after him! Is it any good? No, it was kind of boring to walk around and film. 😁 The hilly park close to it was kind of fun though. I should also mention that I originally had no intention to film this place, because I thought that it would have been too far from St. Stephen Catholic Secondary School. Turns out that it was not far, so I decided to go for it. Upon reaching the grounds, I contemplated on top of the hill whether or not, I really wanted to cover this place. Well, I was there so I was like, "Just get this place done" Lo and behold, it is here! Now, not trying to make the place sound like it was horrible or anything, because it wasn't. I was just indecisive about coverage. "How come you didn't get St. Elizabeth C.E.S.?" 😳 Um, well, because I just didn't go there. Next! 😜⬇

                          What's Next & Other Ramblings
If this title doesn't look perfectly aligned by the time I publish this, it's because it refused to move to the centre! Despite clicking on "centre" under the alignment tab, it just won't align for the bleeding life of it! 😡 AAAAAAAAGH!🤯😠😡 So annoying! Whoa, why am I bickering about Blogger's bugs here? Anyways! Let us now discuss the "Doom" and some other bits now.

Impending Doom?
If you've seen my Tweet or Instagram post about it, you'll probably have a very good idea about what I'm about to talk about: YouTube Partner Program 2018 changes! Yep, that's right! You know, 4,000 watch hours and 1000 subscribers by February 20, 2018, or be removed from it, until when you can meet that? Yeah! That's exactly what I'm talking about! And guess what? My channel is freakin' lightyears away from both! 🤯 Ok, hold up. That's being a little too dramatic right there, 😅 but seriously though; it's indeed "kilometres away" from both targets! Why are they doing this? Well, you can read the full article here. Complete non-sense! I've expressed my disgust against this on both of my social media accounts hyperlinked above, because this is indeed unfair to just cut small creators off, just because their number aren't big enough! 😠 This leads to a lot of questions: Will Google change their minds? Will my channel somehow make it in time? Will I quit YouTube entirely? Will I move to another platform? Will I continue despite the odds? Will I monetize through other methods? All answers will be revealed in the upcoming commentary video on this matter. 😐 Stay tuned for that, once it arrives.😶

The Fate of Subways Surfers
So yeah, as soon as the Cairo Tour that ran from late December 2017 - January 2018 finished, the Chicago event arrived and left Windows 10 Mobile users in the dust! Not a word has been mentioned from Kiloo to date, anywhere on the website, not on a blog, not their Twitter or something! If they have indeed abandoned Windows Phones for good, then they ought to just come out and clearly say so! They had done this with Windows Phone 8.1 and older, and made it clear and public why they ended support. They need to do the same for Windows Phone 10 users as well. It is wrong to have people pay for things in the application, and then go ahead and drop the platform without saying a word. Thankfully, I haven't dropped a dime on this game, even though I enjoyed it while it was supported. But seeing them drop the Window Phone platform without stating the cause, just makes me even happier that I didn't make any in-app purchases. What could the reason be? A bug? Low, unprofitable user base? A short break? Pure carelessness? Nobody at this point knows for sure. With evidence from this Tweet, there are others curious about the situation, too. With all this said, I will no longer play Subway Surfers on any of Microsoft's platforms, until when Kiloo starts to become more transparent about its updates towards the platform.

So you now know all the extra goodies behind the latest videos, why this blog has been titled so, and why I stopped playing Subway surfers. That's if, of course, you actually read the entire blog. The only thing I need to tell you at this point, is what's next. So, you know a commentary video is coming in the future, but what else? Two gaming videos. The rest is currently up in the air at this point. For now, I'll get this post tidied up, post it, and continue with day to day actions.

December 8th Entry: Breakfast Saga

GuuzakaTube                                                                                                   2017-12-07

December 8th Entry: Breakfast Saga

Yes, oh yes. Pancakes, waffles, bananas, strawberries, eggs, toast, butter, apples, cinnamon, tea, hot chocolate, coffee, cheese and cereal. Does your face look like this 😛 yet? Well, it probably does! Anyways, despite the title being called "breakfast saga" this post does not actually explore a variety of breakfast foods as the title would suggest. It's partially about a game with the namesake title of Breakfast Saga. Why did I decide to make its title represent this post? Wait, nobody cares so let's just proceed to discussing these videos!🥞🍳🍞🧀☕🥧🍎 Alright, I should probably stop the food tease now, before I make you too hungry to be in the mood for reading!🤣

So as you can tell from the not so stellar photos from above, this Asphalt 8 session was mainly about me discussing the Honda Civic Type R's Championship, and a few other bits here and there. And yes, even though they weren't fantastic, I actually raced on the tracks that I should have done from last time in this video: Dubai with the Lamborghini Gallardo, and Dubai and China for the McLaren P1. And just for fun and giggles, I also did an Enduro Double Down race with the Volkswagen Golf GTI. I do not plan on pursuing the Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport. Some might think I'm crazy for not wanting to go for it, but if the Honda Civic Type R's Championship has taught me anything, it's the fact that you need to be 100% certain that you want to win that car! Having to max it out, and use a lot of boosters and tokens is a very expensive investment, unless you already have tons of boosters, credits and tokens. Speaking of Championship, Barcelona has opened up for my area and others today. I hear that others in certain regions have actually finished the Championship, since they had it start earlier for them. Don't know how true that is, but it's what I hear. Anyways! I've managed to complete all the other places so far, so I hope that I can continue with this success. The Brazilian cities that are due to open tomorrow I believe, have me a little nervous. I do not know the Brazilian tracks very well at all. It also doesn't help that the only ready access you get to all of them is in Season 9 with premium cars! Most of which exceed 1,000,000 credits, with some even shooting past 3,000,000!😰😵🤯 Ridiculous... truly ridiculous... Well, can't wait to have continuous access to a Munich track in 2-3 days from now!😎 Come to me sooner Honda Civic Type R!😄

A relatively boring Flappy Bird spin-off, that sometimes randomly crashes, and requires you to pay to be able to use the female ladybug, Mollie. Not that I care about the latter, but maybe others do? Perhaps would have been better off just charging $1.99 up front and having everything unlocked, rather than making just one character cost that much. Negatives aside, you know what makes this game good? The smooth performance, good graphics, and ever so comical noises that Herbie makes whenever he crashes! 🤣😂 He sounds so goofy and dramatic! 🤡 In this game, you fly through bamboo trees, collect gems and avoid falling or crashing. That's it. No additional unlockables, shops, background changes or anything more. Some may appreciate this simplicity, others might expect a little more from a Flappy Spin-off, especially if you're coming from something like Flappy Nyan or Flappy Wings.

Burn, extinguish and absorb as you navigate through the levels of this puzzle game with a leaf, fireball and raindrop.🍃💧🔥 That theme sounds familiar doesn't it? Though I've briefly attempted playing this game once, this would my first time recording and playing it extensively. Too bad the microphone stopped keeping up with the audio, after around 15 minutes. 😣 That's ok, because I've now updated Audacity, and will probably try a different port. Not sure which of the two is to blame here, but like I said in both this video and Breakfast Saga, I'm aware of this issue and will do what I can to try and prevent it from happening again. Anyways, how is the game? Awesome of course! It's a little difficult, but it's good fun. This game is also available on Android in the Google
Play Store. Based on the promo video that I've actually just watched, it seems like the Android version is more feature rich and may have more levels. 😏 Go figure. Fun fact: the full name of the man behind this game is Edward Alejandro Medina.

Breakfast Saga! This is the game that I've named the blog after. Now, originally I've said that this game is a Bejewelled spin-off, but actually mimics Candy Crush Saga more closely. Should have been obvious from the name, but wait: aren't those two games alike anyway? So maybe I wasn't wrong on that? Who knows. I'll have to play it again to refresh my memory. From the looks of Breakfast Saga 2, it resembles Candy Crush Saga even more. Kind of a bad thing, because I like the pixel graphics in this originally one that I've played for this entry. It gives it more of that tasty, warm charm, and suits its character. That's not to say that I don't like the sharp, cartoony graphics in its successor, but just prefer the aesthetics of this game better. Anyhow, this game was deliciously fun! 😋🍰🍩🍪🧀🥐🍞🍳

Boy, the December 2017 Audacity sure looks different in terms of colours! I haven't updated Audacity for years, so I've been used to the look from 5+ years ago. After finally updating it, the dark blue-grey theme and restyled icons came as a great surprise to me. Still, everything is familiar thankfully, but just visually different, so the worry didn't last too long. Like I've said in previous entries, quality does matter a lot to me, so when I saw the audio not syncing precisely, even when it was lined up right, I knew something was up. I still don't really know if it's Audacity, the Blue Snowball or both. I decided to give Audacity an upgrade, so I hope that will help. If not, I will just have to use my Nokia Lumia 1520 to capture the sounds for my BlackBerry 10 gaming videos. If you've seen my Eyebert video I've done back in November, you'll know that they're very good, but obviously not as good as something like a Blue Microphone Yeti. About that commentary I was supposed to upload this week...😅 I did not get the chance to work on it at all this week. 😐 As a result, you may likely see it between the December 11-15 period instead. No absolute guarantee, but that should give you a rough idea. Oh, snap! I still haven't uploaded any instrumental Christmas carols yet! 🎄 Hmmmm... I'll have to try not to forget about that. Once again, there will be no outdoor videos for this weekend, because I won't be able to get them done this weekend. Now I don't think there's anything more I have to say, so I'm out. Actually yes: I'm a fan of the new emojis that the new Fall Windows 10 update brought, but I'm not a fan of the clunkier performance, and lack of actual improvements. Maybe I haven't explored it thoroughly enough, but if Microsoft could at least release an update that actually brings smoother performance, then that would be awesome! And whatever Microsoft plans to bring to the mobile game in 2018 or 2019, let's actually hope that they advertise their devices properly, and make them available on all major carriers in the United States of America and Canada! Do not carelessly abandon your own operating system so soon and just ignore users blatantly! Release yearly flagships, mid-rangers, and budget-rangers to keep people interested and afloat! Why did I have to type that up so boldly? To emphasize the serious flaws that Microsoft made with Windows Phones, that's why.

Southeast Courtice Adventure

GuuzakaTube 06/09/17

Southeast Courtice Adventure

Ah, and southern Ontario is finally seeing some days of proper warmth! No 14°C-17°C, but temperatures of like 23°C-27°C! YES MAN! As a result of the good warmth, I've been enjoying the outdoors a little more, with evidence coming from the four videos brought to you from the early June 2017, southeast Courtice trip. Let's discuss those videos and a few other things.

So this is the first place I've targeted for this adventure. To get here, I decided to start from Roy Nichols Motors Limited, went south on Courtice Road, turned on Sandringham Drive, turned again on Avondale Drive, and kept walking until I found Lydia Trull. While I enjoyed walking around this school and exploring its spacious areas, I hated the fact that the video came out slightly blurry despite being shot in 1080p, and the fact that I had to remove the audio. I also hated how I still didn't hold the camera high enough! You'll hear me hilariously complain about that again at the end of the Methodist Church video. Some might say “Just junk the footage altogether!” or “Stop showing these segments if you're not going to get it done right!” Yes, I could just junk it, but you've been gracefully given the options to skip them with warning slides letting you know where to skip to for the best bits. It's something that will get better with time, so I keep these as reminder to show how and where to improve. Besides, as bad as some of them are, they could be much worse. Nobody has honestly complained about any of this to date, so this is truthfully just me self-lecturing more than anything at this point. I'm sure they would have if the channel had enough traffic, hence why I need to point these dreadful faults out and let you know that I do have intentions to improve. Anyways! That's been enough of that, so let's move onto the next school: Good Shepherd Catholic Elementary School!

So because these places were so close to one another, I filmed myself walking to the next destination after finishing the previous. Unlike the Lydia Trull video, this video actually lived more up to my expectations in terms of resolution and audio, so you won’t hear me bickering about how garbage-like the video was! Video technicalities aside, this school was also more interesting to walk around too. It seems like it was seemingly larger or maybe it just had more walls and corners to give it that feel. Like the other Courticean schools, this one also had large fields and lots of garden beds around the area. You see, things like this with the combination of the warm weather is just what makes photography and filming so much more interesting. Hilariously, while I was at one of the entrances doing some photography, I gave a pair walking their dog a slight spook! Not intentionally, but I guess they were really surprised to see a suspicious-looking man fishing around the gardens and must've been wondering why that was so. Now let us laugh out loud? No? Ok, let's discuss the next place that's literally right next to Good Shepherd: God The Father, God The Son and God The Holy Spirit!

Alright, so you all obviously know that I did not catch the Holy Trinity in physical action (that would be such a fateful encounter!), but I did film a high school named after the trio's collective term: Holy Trinity. Right off the bat, you'll notice that this video undesirable audio which was replaced with my marvellous narrations. It also suffered a bit from that HDR illusionary bounce. Video nitpicks aside, this was a very interesting high school to walk around. It was huge, had a lot of corners and walls, a big field, a big track, jungle of portables, and then you had a motorbike event taking place in one of the parking lots. Cool indeed. How does this school compare to Courtice Secondary School? No idea about the interiors because I've never been inside either of them, but I do have to give more props to this one for being the more interesting of the two to walk around. Unfortunately, I did not explore the Holy Trinity's track, nor did I cover the road leading out to Courtice road, but the video and trip was still interesting enough in its own rights. After filming this place, I walked to another more distant, but close enough church in the area.

Ah, yes! It's been a while since I've done a church walkaround, so I was pleased to see that not only did this place happen to be close to the Holy Trinity, but was also vacant at the time of its filming. Mind you though, despite the fact they're both religious buildings, the Holy Trinity Catholic Secondary School is affiliated with the Roman Catholic Church, while this church is affiliated with Methodism, as the name suggests. Anyways! You know these buildings have nothing to do with one another from the names and location. Though the actual walkaround was brief, it was a pretty, tidy church to walk around. In the 3rd segment where I explore the back, they even happen to have what looks like a detached house in the back parking lot, solely dedicated for winter related weather. Never quite seen anything like that to date! Shows how much they care about keeping their property presentable and accessible. I was curious about what lied beyond the back bushes, but obviously didn't venture off due to concerns of wondering onto forbidden zones!

Windows 10 Creator's Update Complaints
Finally! A place where I can ramble in length about how irritating the Spring 2017 Creator's Update is! Like all regular Windows 10 Home editions, your updates are forced, with only little flexibility to delay it for a week or so! The next thing I hated is the fact that after the update finished, I tried to log in only to be treated with a black screen! Are you kidding you me?! I tried waiting for 15 minutes or so, to see if anything would improve, but nope! Nothing. I then had to Google on my phone for fixes and known causes of this. Turned out that I wasn't alone, and that this was known as the “Creator's Blackscreen of Death!” The last time I saw a “Screen of Death” was when I was using an old computer a few years ago running Windows Vista. Those were the days of frequent Bluescreen Deaths! Thankfully, I've never seen a Bluescreen of Death on this Windows 10-powered Dell *Touch wood*. Anyways, I resorted to restarting the computer and that luckily fixed it and brought everything back to normal. Sheesh! What a pain! Another thing I hate is the fact that it did nothing to help performance, rather it was sluggish at first, until eventually returning to normal speeds! Mind you, my PC is a quad core, Intel i7 powered setup, so Microsoft is to blame to here! Another thing I hate is that this update isn't even as exciting as the name suggests! I watched I of it sometime ago, and have long forgotten about what good it was supposed to be. Groove Music Maker, My People, Improved Notification Center, Windows Capture 3D, and OneDrive Placeholders are examples of things that have been axed from the Spring update. I admittedly don't care about the list of the things mentioned (except Groove Music Maker), but still! That's a pretty serious load of things that didn't make it in time! Another thing I hate is the fact that items in folders viewed under extra large, large, medium and small icons have gone back to automatically arranging! Before, you could have this disabled in Windows 7-10, but since the Creator's Update, you can no longer freely rearrange them the way you want! How annoying, bossy and controlling! Why did they feel the need to even touch that? Let us choose how we want to arrange our files regardless of the view! And the final thing I will complain about for this segment is how BlackBerry Link no longer works! That's right. Still using a BlackBerry Z10, Q10, Classic, Porsche 9883 or Passport? Admittedly, not very many people are, but you will notice that BlackBerry Link will no longer work! Thankfully, you can still transfer files from your smartphone to your computer and vice versa. Instead, you'll just have to go to My PC and then click on the folder that represents BlackBerry's drive to export or import files. Ok, so to be fair, that's more so BlackBerry's fault for being so darn negligent towards BlackBerry 10 and not updating it frequently enough! Update your BlackBerry 10 devices' software and compatibility already, or just be honest and call it quits! Many strongly believe that BlackBerry 10 is already done, despite the company's so-called commitment. Commitment my foot! Microsoft is another one with terrible commitment to their own smartphones, as seen in the Windows 10 Mobile Creator's update where smartphones like the Nokia Lumia 930, 830 and 1520 were left behind, while the weaker Lumia 640 and 650 gets it. Such a strange logic... yes they're newer devices, but their chips are still weaker! Ok, that's enough ranting for this Spring 2017 Creator's Update. What do you hate about the Creator's Update? Let me know in the comments below!

On Twitter recently I've posted the following: “Decisions. Some are easy; some are not.” The reason behind that, was that I was faced with the decision of either a) putting the automotive commentary video together today to have it uploaded, or b) typing up this blog entry. As much as I wanted to get that grossly overdue commentary out of the way, I knew that I wouldn't get it done in time, so I decided to just go with the blog entries for the videos from last weekend to avoid doing two adventurous write-ups during the weekday. Well, guess what? I didn't even manage to get this entry done in time anyway, so now it's going to be delayed to Monday (busy over the weekend) before I upload everything to social media! Darn it! My whipper I hired from June 1st hasn't been whipping the slackness out of me hard enough – kidding! That didn't happen. But seriously though. I had intentions to have this entry done for Friday, so I could dedicate Monday to getting the automotive commentary done, but now I'm going to have to take part of it get this done.... Really, really annoyed with myself about this... Now I know, I know, this is seemingly trivial compared to other issues, but still: targets, completions and deadlines, whether they be for more serious things, or lesser things, are something you should try to consistently get right! Consistency is key. Aside from delays and missed targets, what is next? Well, I plan to film some outdoor videos over the weekend as usual. However, instead of editing them on Monday, priority will be placed on putting up this post and videos on social media, and then hopefully getting the ridiculously overdue commentary complete! Once that's finally put together, I'll then proceed to editing them on Tuesday, or even Wednesday if I have to. There was also plans to do a post on a response to YouTube videos this week, but given that there wasn't even time to get this finished for the slated date, that of course didn't happen. I'll have to keep that in mind for next week as well. So yeah, as you can tell from reading this part, there's hopefully going to be a lot happening on my YouTube channel and the social media accounts affiliated with it. I'll have to tell my professional whipper to go full force to make damn sure all of this happens!!! Oh, speaking of accounts, you'll now see a link to my DeviantArt page for the rare drawings associated to the equally rare videos you'll see on the channel. The other new link would be to my photobucket page, which currently has nothing, and probably won't have much for now, as it serves only for direct links to images and possible requests. There are no smartphone hands-ons this entry, but does anyone even care about that? Hard to tell without voices, but I think it's a nice addition.
