Caught Off Guard

So 1 of my goals for Year 2025 was to try and post at least 1 blog post per month. 😀 I was doing good, till October and now I lost the streak. 😣 Damn! Well, it was just 1 month, so as long as I do not skip December, that will be 11 out of 12 months I was consistent. 😅 "Guuzaka, address the elephant in the room" 🐘 Heh, what elephant? 😳 The video uploads? I swear I talk about that in just about every entry. Is there really any point in me talking about that once again in Noble November? 🤨 "Yes, you are abysmally behind, brother" Ohhhh, I know, I know! 😣 Someday, the Great Green Guuzaka shall be free. 🕊 But till then, though... There is solar system of things to clear. 🌌👀 Ehhhhhh, maybe not the best analogy to use? 😶 That makes things sound out of this world bad! 🪐 Get it? 🤓Going beyond Earth is out of this world! 👽 There. There is your Guuzakan start to Noble November. Fine, No Nut November since you were secretly, but not so secretly, waiting for me to make a joke about how one must not ejaculate for the entirety of November. 💦 Wow. 😶Now this entry is 18+! 🔞 But for real though, people can come up with some seriously nutty challenges. 🥜 Some challenges are genuinely fun and safe. 🌞 Some challenges have caused death and made news. ⚰ If you ask me, I prefer to sit out and watch the results of these "Internet Challenges". 😌

Last Days

What is pretty neat about May 31, 2025 is the fact that it is not only the last day of the month, but also falls on the last day of the week. 😀 Hence the subtitle "Last Days". Hopefully I did not imply that I was quitting content creation there. 😅 I mean if we briefly touch on the blue whale in the room here, the last time I uploaded a video batch was September 2024. 💀 It is now May 31, 2025. 💀

8 Months?!

8 months and 11 days. ⚰ Within that time frame, I was hoping that certain nagging issues would have at least eased up, but the conditions did not. 💀 I know, I know, "I May See You In May" only not to end up seeing you. 😞 Thankfully, that is why I said "May" because it was certainly no guarantee. As we Journey into June, and yes, that is a very intentional pun on June's Journey, will you finally see something from me? 🤔 I hope so. 😶 And no, I have never played June's Journey before, but I have heard of that game. 🎮 Am I planning to make gameplay videos on her? 🤨 No. 😆

World Parrot Day

Did you know that May 31 is apparently World Parrot Day? 🦜 I did not either. 😲 The only parrots I have ever personally owned are budgerigars. And man oh man are those little fudgers noisy! 🙉 No seriously, any parrot owner who has warned you about how loud parrots are is telling the gospel truth. 😐 Now obviously a budgerigar would make a drastically better pet than a Moluccan cockatoo or any large or medium parrot for that matter, but small or larger, they all LOVE to vocalise and make messes! 🤡 I love the physical beauty of parrots, but they certainly command that you do deep research and get advice from real owners. 😐

Cake And Dancing

Been way too long since we ate cake and danced, eh? 💃🏾🍰🕺🏾 "What are you talking about, Guuzaka?!" Oh, you do not know? 🤨 May Day, May 01, is a day celebrated with cake, dancing, and festivity. Wait, who actually did that today? 🤔 Certainly not me! 😅

Update Video

I filmed the update video 3 days ago, and intended to have that uploaded in time for May Day. Well, I think we know how that went already: did not even start the editing yet. 🙃 At least the video has been filmed though, so more people can become aware of what it going on, and the importance of visiting my weblog more often from now on.

Atazaka

Why I never mentioned him in It Has Been 5 Months And Counting. What Is Going On? is beyond me. 😬 Though he may not be my flagship brand, he is nevertheless still relevant. I have by no means forgotten about him. The last video uploaded to Atazaka was on October 30, 2024, meaning 6 months and counting since I have uploaded there. 💀 Half a year... 😳 When will his videos come? That is a very good question. At the current pace of things, Guuzaka's usual videos should hopefully drop late May, early June, kind of looking more likely early June. So far Atazaka, that puts the estimate to late June, early August. 😳 I know. Things are not exactly rosy right now. However, things could drastically change and bring the videos much sooner. But realistically, unless that happens, these are the most realistic estimates I can tell my viewers. That is all for now, Happy May Day. 💃🏾🍰🕺🏾

That Silent Year

'WHOA! You remembered that you have a blog?!" 😱 Yes, I remember. 😅 In fact, I never forgot about it throughout 2021. ✏ That said, I also never did any blog posts during 2021. 😶 No, not even 1. 🦗 And for that reason, that's why I call it "Silent Year" in terms of blogging. 2021 itself was by no means a silent year in the world! 🔊 There were certainly lots of things happening. 🗺 But we are not here to discuss what John was doing in Jamaica, or why Mary went to Nigeria. 🌴 You are here for a long-awaited update on what happened to this place in 2021, and why 2022 ends up being the year the dormancy ends. 👀

Focus On Videos

Sometime ago, not sure which post I mentioned this, I announced that I would not be doing blog posts that accompanied the videos uploaded. 🚫 This was because I wanted to focus on videos without having blog posts to slow down production output. 🐌 After all, Guuzaka was born in YouTube. 🌱 Not Blogger. 🚫✍🏾 As video batches have gotten larger, more time would be required to edit and upload them to social media. 📶 Having to do a blog post that details the specifics for all the videos of a batch was not only laborious, but honestly unnecessary 99% time. 😶 Whatever specifics people needed to know, could be easily put in the video description, or better yet ------ the video itself! 😲 It's not like I'm using Windows Movie Maker or some other weak editor that does not allow you to use multiple video and audio tracks. 🥱 Waaaaaayyyyy past those days! 😎 So ok, you get it: excessive blog posts are not necessary, and I want to focus on video output. 🎥 Is that really a reason for not uploading for an entire year? 🐌 Well, though I have said it in some of my videos, a new serious problem emerged within 2020: video debt. 💀⚰

Severe Video Debt

"What is video debt?" you may ask. 🤨 Being behind in videos that were supposed to be uploaded during a certain time. 😬 Within 2020, it became a 1-3 months worth of videos behind. 💩 Fast forward to January 2022, and guess how bad it has become? 😳 Wait, you can probably already tell from the latest videos on the channel: 12 Months!!!!

"Whooaaaaaaaa, man! How da hell did you let it get so bad?!" There are a number of factors that led to this: lack of consistency, real life hurdles, and YouTube becoming increasingly demotivating. ☹ Let us go over these things and then the plans for 2022. 🤓

Lack Of Consistency

"Overfilming" back in 2020 was a terrible excuse to let months worth of videos pile up. 😖 While I have gotten into video debt in the past, it was never nowhere -- not even a millimetre close to the amount of video debt that I am currently in. 💀 Had I just stuck with routinely editing videos within a given month, it would not, and should not have gotten so out of hand. ✋🏾 Even better, if I had tried to edit whatever I filmed as soon feasibly possible, that would have made an astronomical difference! ☀

Real-life Hurdles

2020 was a year that shook the world upside down. 🌎 Guuzaka definitely included. 🙁 It was a year where all sorts of madness took place, all thanks to something invisible to the naked eye called COVID-19. 🦠 Thanks to this atrocious disease, it led to numerous disruptions across the world from lockdowns, restrictions, standing in stupid lines, unemployment, increased clueless politicians, shortages of goods, and the list goes. 📃 While people are no longer fighting for paper used for perineal cleansing in 2022, masks, restrictions, unhygienic people, and incompetent politicians remain place in place. 🧻

YouTube Becoming Increasing Demotivating

No, I am not quitting YouTube, so you can breathe either a sigh of relief or disappointment. 😌😠 Let's just get straight to the point with this:

- 1000 subscribers 4000 watch hours

- Hiding exact subscriber count number

- Putting advertisements on videos without paying creators

- Locking the comment section on children's videos

- removing dislike button

- removing dislike counter from comments

If I missed something that should be on that list, SAY IT! 💬 The recent debacle of YouTube removing the dislike button back in 2021 is so bad that even giga popular creators like PewDiePie and MKBHD have called it out! 😱 One of the major reasons why YouTube is getting away with this is because they have no competition. 🦗 Every other video uploading website that currently exists just does not have the presence and power as Google-Owned YouTube does. 👹 As I have mentioned back in an extremely ranty Tweet from November 2021, I hope that a potent rival comes and dethrones YouTube from its position of the #1 Video Hosting website. 🏆 A rival that will give us everything YouTube has taken away from us, plus everything good that made YouTube good before it started getting increasingly demented. 🤪 No, I do not want YouTube to be killed; just taught a hard lesson. 😤

Now while Guuzaka is not a children's brand, I have read several sad stories of people leaving YouTube because the platform keeps locking their comment's section. 🔒 Why? 🤔 Because the video was marked for Kids. 🤡 If a creator did not make a video specifically for children, they should not go around locking comment sections without their consent. 😒 I would go on with more, but at this point, I may very well consider doing an ultimate rant video based on the points above. 💢

2022?

2022 will not be a silent year. 💡 In fact, once I get my consistency set straight, you will see hundreds of awesome videos over the next several months. 📺 From places, products, animals, new hobbies, and oh so many more! 😃 When do I hope to get out of video debt? 🤔 I do not know. 😶 Unlike what some would do, I absolutely do not plan to burn myself out by pulling all-nighters, editing with no breaks, or any of that sort of extremism. 😅 As much as I would love to be editing January 2022 videos right now, as opposed to January 2021, these videos are not paying my bills which leads to the next point: Support The Channel. 👊🏾

Support The Channel

When some people see "Support XXX" their hairs stick up because they feel like somebody's begging them for money. 💰 That is not the case here. 😌 Even if it were, most creators, at least the good ones, do not hound and pound people to give them money. 💸 They make it optional for cheerful givers to give them money for their creative works. 💲

"How do I support Guuzaka?" The number #1 biggest thing I need right now is for people to Subscribe to the channel to push it past the 1000 subscribers threshold as soon as possible. 🌠 However, the battle does not end just there. 😮 I also need people to actually watch the videos, and leave proper comments on them, too. ✍🏾 This will send a good message to the algorithms and recommendations, that it is not a brain-dead channel full of skeleton subscribers.🦴 If you think I am kidding about this, just ask any of those "Helping Creators" focused channels. 👀 Hell, even non-helper channels have talked about this problem of subscribers who do not encage. 💬

The second thing that you can do to help the channel is to shop from my Amazon or eBay links of the video descriptions. 🛒 If you already naturally shop from those websites, doing it through my links may earn me commissions at no extra expense to you. 🛍

Yes, really. 🤯 This is actually something that I have been wanting to do since the 2010s, but have never gotten around to it. 😐 For 2022, that changes. 🌟 This will obviously a separate blog post. 📃 See? 👀 I told you that 2022 was not going to be silent year. 🔊 From now on, I'll do my utmost best to try and let that never happen again. 😅 Communication is important in both video and text form. 💬 Texts are faster, and allow you to go back to them readily and easily to update them. 📄 Something videos cannot do, unless you would rather spend that much time and resources making too many videos before realizing a post would have served you and your audience better. 😵

The 2020s And Guuzaka

If you do not know why November 1st is a special day, then you know alarmingly little about this brand! 😬 Anyways! 😜 Yesterday marked the 4th anniversary of the Guuzaka brand. 😎 Well, the nitpickers might say only one year without "Tube" in the name, but you know what? Guuzaka is simply GuuzakaTube without the "Tube". 🤓 Thus, it is 4 years. 🕒 Now time to dive right into why you clicked this blog post in the 1st place: Guuzaka 2020+. 🌠

So aside from the new ever-so-typically-Guuzaka 2020+ trailer, what exactly is so special about the 2020s decade? 🤔 My oh my! Where do I start?! Perhaps with the trailer itself, given that it was remastered just one day after its official release? 🤪 Sounds like a reasonable start to the discussion. 💬

Guuzaka 2020+ Trailer

The first trailer was released yesterday in time for Guuzaka Day. 😶 The problem? 🤔 Two things:

1) I started putting it together too close to Guuzaka Day

2) As a result of #1 and Shotcut not having fine-tuned time duration for frames, I ~~panicked~~ became concerned

So as a result of me feeling cramped for time, and being more familiar with Windows Movie Maker's fine-tuned durations for frames, I decided to download it, and set it up. 😎 It seemed like a smooth idea at first. Until when export time came along, and I quickly remembered its shortcomings with exporting 4K videos. 🤦🏾‍♂️

Truth be told, it's not even built to accommodate 4K in the first place, let alone 4K@60FPS. As a result, I had to break it up into multiple video clips. 😲 I know. Ultra ridiculous given that all I wanted to do was export a video that's not even 2 minutes long. 🙄 I proceeded to putting the clips together in Shotcut, adding the soundtrack, other tidbits, then exported it. 🎦

It was after that moment, that I realized how much Windows Movie Maker downgraded the quality. 🙈 Truth be told, I could have checked and compared the quality between Shotcut and Movie Maker, but I did not. 😵 I just went ahead with it, and decided to remaster the trailer today, November 2nd 2020. 😵 Talk about trailer drama! 🤪

So aside from resolution sharpness, is there anything else different between the two? 🤨

the remastered one has two cool filter effects the other did not.

Instrumentation

For past trailers over the years, it has been that iconic synth that I used for the Guuzaka theme. Enter 2020, and now it's gone! 😶 Good? 😇 Bad? 👹 Do not care? 🤔 Well, would you like to know how I've been recording songs, intros, outros, and soundtracks for the past several years? I would put on hearing protection, turn up the keyboard volume, hit record on a smartphone and capture the sound from there. Now, let me accurately predict your emotions with emojis:

It is one, two, many, or all of the above, eh? 😐 I know, I know, I can't believe that was how I used to record music for so long! 🤣😂 Perhaps I shouldn't have even admitted this! 🤪 Then again, there's not much people that read these blog posts anyways, right? 👀 Yeah, nobody's gonna know that. 😉

So, ok! You now must be wondering how the 2020+ channel trailer soundtrack recorded, right? 🤨 It was done with the combination of a MIDI, electronic keyboard, and FL Studio Mobile. 😲 Yep that's right. Just like the way a professional would do it, except that I am not a professional! 😅 Still, we can all agree that this improvement is lightyears better than how I used to do it. 🌠 Even I am personally excited for all the new, ultra high quality music I can now produce. 🎵 Thanks to finally coming to my senses, and investing in some proper tools. 😳 Speaking of new music, this leads to the next point: new intros and outros.

New Intros & Outros

Before November 01, 2019, there were no intros and outros. Ever since Guuzaka 2019 & 2020 rolled onto the scene, it now became a thing for most videos, except certain outdoor videos and others, to have an intro and outro animation. With it now being 2020 a new decade, videos uploaded from November 2020 and onward will feature Guuzaka 2020+ intro & outros. 🎵 Again, some videos are exempt.

5 Major Pillars

Remember when it was just games, talk and outdoors? 🧐 Then it became games, talk, outdoors, and music. And when I realized that I have been handling a lot of products, I realized that there may have very well been a "Products" pillar for longer than I officialized it. In no particular order:

What's Going On With Commentaries And Noise Sessions?

I know, I know. 😖 These two categories have been sorely missing in action. ❌ And quite frankly, I miss them a lot. 😥 The hold up? A backlog of videos from previous months that I have not uploaded yet. 🥴 So why exactly has this caused a pause for these two categories and not the others? 🤨 For commentary videos, I do not feel that they are videos that can be sat on for months, and then uploaded much later. That would make the content of the video stale, badly timed, awkward, and even outdated. 😬

For the Casual Instrumental Noise Sessions. 🎵 Ehhhh, where do I start? 😶 Let's just say that once I start playing my instruments more frequently, and not now and then, then it would make sense to resume. 😅 Nevertheless, I would like to resurrect it for 2021. 🙏🏾

Theme Specific Intros & Outros

Ever since I added intros and outros to my videos, I have been wanting to add Pillar-specific intros and outros to them. 💡 For example: a Music video intro could have music notes fly across the screen before Guuzaka comes. Maybe he could even chase them! 🎵 You get the idea. Sounds like an awesome idea, eh? 😀 So why haven't I done it? Just haven't been able to get around it. Perhaps once I get the backlog of videos cleared, I will be able to focus on it more. Perhaps I could even introduce them as a cool new change for videos uploaded November 01, 2021 and beyond? 🤔 Or would you be appalled at the idea of putting off such a good idea for so long? 💡

As of of July 12, 2022, this post has been amalgamated under the Guuzaka-Atazaka Frequently Asked Questions. As such, this post will no longer be updated! Read no further!

Obey Or Be Thrown Into The Bay

Any comments that fail to follow these rules will be deleted, or given a warning in some cases. ⚠ In more serious cases, the commenter may be blocked or even reported. 👀 These rules not only apply to the YouTube channel of Guuzaka, but all other social media accounts pertained to this brand. ▶ Your comments are a privilege, not a right. ◀

1. No hate speech.

Do not express any hatred to human beings based on skin colour, race, ethnicity, religion, socioeconomic status, veteran status or other. 👊👊🏻👊🏼👊🏽👊🏾👊🏿 We are all Homo sapiens sapiens. 🩸 Regardless of whether or not you prefer light skin, dark skin, or are a passionate believer of a certain religion, you absolutely cannot express hate in my comment sections.

2. No spam, bots, or advertising.

This is a major pet peeve of mine! 🙄 No spammy comments, bot accounts, advertising, or self-advertising is allowed. This would also include follow4follow, which also really ticks me off. 😑

3. No personal attacks.

Do not prey on people in my comment sections. 🦈🚫 This also includes threatening other people. Remember, if you result to personal attacks in an argument, it means that you lost the argument. 😳 You were not mature enough to keep the discussion constructive and classy. So if you claim to be all smart and convincing, then actually act like it! 😑

4. Stay on topic.

If a video, Tweet, or Instagram post is about Lake Ontario for example, keep it pertained to Lake Ontario. 🌊 This might sound like common sense, but if you ask anyone who dealt with comment sections for a long time, they will tell you that they have lost track of how many times a conversation has gone from ants to zippers. 🐜➡🤐

5. Do not post anyone’s personal information.

Names*, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail address, and other forms of sensitive information is a major no-no. 🔒

*Names are a bit of a grey area. If you are obviously talking about an individual who is publicly known, then that is different. If you watch a video, and make a comment stating that you, John and Mary were at a certain place where I was at a time, then I will usually leave the comment alone. If you were to post their full names, that would almost certainly result in it getting deleted. 🗑️

6. No swearing.

While profanity is already filtered out by my blacklist, sometimes there are exceptions where it does not catch it. 🤬 In such an event, I will delete the profanity. This also applies to other languages as well. How will I know what is a swear word or not from another language? You will find out once I get to #9. 🤐

7. No Trolling.

Do not say something for the sake of getting a reaction. Instead, take your time to do something more meaningful and positive. 🕊 Comment sections need not be a sewage lagoon. 🚫👹💩

8. No Lying.

This not only includes lying on people, but also posting blatantly false information about something or someone. Such acts may get you into legal trouble depending on the severity of the false information, and how far it went. 🤥

9. Post in English.

If a foreign comment can be easily and accurately translated in Google, I will leave it alone. Granted, it does not break any of these rules here. Even then, you are strongly advised to post in English, as this is after all, an English-speaking channel. Foreign languages that cannot be translated, or are poorly translated, will be deleted. It is not worth the risk of what potential nastiness someone could be saying that you, or I, may not know. 😨 This leads to the next rule: unintelligible posts. 🥴

10. No unintelligible posts.

Comments that are nonsensical, garbled, jibberish, poorly translated, or that cannot be deciphered, will be deleted. 😵 Not only are comments like this an eyesore, but are uncalled for. 👺

Pretty self-explanatory. Lets you know that you are on the official Guuzaka channel and that the main categories of videos I like to make are outdoors, mobile games, products, music, and commentary-discussion videos. 💬📱🌳🎵📦

"However, Guuzaka is by no means a mass appeal brand. It can be rather strange, different, complicated or controversial at times."

My channel is the way I want it to be. 😤 It is not intended to be enjoyable to the general population. 👾 This is not to say that it is straight up vulgar and shocking. It is not. 😌 But at the same time, I do not try to win the mass approval of everyone's tastes. As such, sometimes commentary may be political, religious, strange, not to your tastes, or oh-so-variable! 🌈

I upload videos that I like. If you like, cool. If you do not like, you are strongly advised to move on without any drama or nonsense of the sort.

As explained above, I upload what I want to upload. That said, if you did manage to like a particular video, then great. 😎 If you did not like a particular video or this channel as whole, just move on without being rude, stupid, or dramatic. 😑 You would be surprised at how easy it is to actually do that: leave peacefully and respectfully. 🕊

Important! Even though some of the videos are rated "E" Guuzaka is NOT catered to children.

This is extremely important. So important, that I actually had plans to create a video entirely on this subject since February. 😶 Well, we all know how that went: did not happen at all. 😣 While July is a good 5 months apart from February, it is better to discuss it now than never.

You see, a lot of the videos on my channel seem to be rated E, right? 🤔 And you also see that there are a lot of outdoor videos of schools when they are closed. 🏫 This must mean that this channel is obviously catered to children, right? 🤡🎈

Absolutely wrong! 😲 In fact, none of the videos on my channels are catered specifically to people under 13. 😐 The rated E simply means that it is safe enough for people of all ages to watch. The general recommended age for my videos is 13+. As explained earlier, commentary (as well as edits 😏) may vary a lot in my videos, which can cause a video that you might expect to be rated E, get stamped with a rated 13+ or higher.

That said, you will notice that all of my videos before November 2019, do not have age ratings. What are viewers supposed to do in this situation? 🤨 You have to use a combination of personal judgement, as well as the fact that Guuzakan videos are generally recommended for an audience of 13+. If at any point a video made you feel uncomfortable because the topics of the commentary were too mature, immediately stop watching it and seek a channel that caters to children, or is at least always rated E. 😉

Are you aware of the significant event that took place two days ago? 🤔 Probably not. Have you seen the Tweet about it? Perhaps, but you did not even bother to follow the link because you were not sure what exactly was so special about this whole "Atazaka" thing. 🤨 It's ok. I will not judge you too hard. 😆 After all, the brand was an extremely small, niche part of the Internet. So small, that ~~"micro"~~ "nano traffic" would be the word to describe it. It also does not help that it went by the obscure title ATA1201058, making it hard for all, but the extremely few that may have been really loved it, to remember such a name. Still, there were some notable videos from that brief era that received a fair bit of traffic for a "nano" brand: Walking around a Campus Site of University of Toronto Scarborough, Touring Sir Oliver Mowat Collegiate Institute [Exterior], Orange Fuzzy Caterpillar: Possibly Spilosoma Virginica, and Tunnel X - Dance and dodge the electrical gates! So! Let us now dive into greater details about this whole revival, Atazaka, Guuzaka, and all! 🤓 But before you do, it would make sense for you to check out the first ATA video uploaded to what is now Guuzaka, then watch the revived ATA video. See the connection? 🧩

What Exactly Was Atazaka?

ATA1201058 was my original proto-Guuzaka brand dating all the way back to 2010. Though I may have had an account or two before 2010, ATA1201058 was my first proper, functional YouTube account. It was highly experimental, variable, and fun. 📱 The video quality was rather substandard though, despite the videos being high-definition. 😅

On November 01, 2016, ATA1201058 was succeeded by GuuzakaTube, which was then finally rebranded as just Guuzaka, on November 01, 2019. On January 04, 2020, exactly 10 years from when it was created, it has now been revived as a completely separate brand from the Guuzaka channel, losing the mechanical 1201058, and gaining the familiar "Zaka", while keeping the same variable, yet simple nature of what it used to be back in the day. 🌞 Ah, the good times! 🍃 The abysmal quality is one thing that certainly will not return, though! 😅

Why Didn't You Just Rebrand ATA1201058 As Atazaka Then? Atazaka Sounds Like A Weird Spin On Guuzaka

Excellent question! You see, when ATA1201058 was first created, I did not even intend to use it as a serious channel for uploading videos. This is evidenced by the gaps between when I uploaded the first, second, and onward videos. It was not until 2016 when I decided that I would start uploading more videos. When I realized that I was going to be creating content more frequently, I then felt that it was necessary to get rid such an obscure name for better branding and visibility on the Internet. Makes perfect sense, eh? GuuzakaTube/Guuzaka is far easier to remember than ATA1201058 will ever be! 😵

So! Why didn't I just call Guuzaka, Atazaka instead? Because I wanted to do away with "ATA" in the name. I saw ATA1201058 as an awkward, low quality era that I did not want GuuzakaTube to be associated with. 😬 The transition to GuuzakaTube was not just about better visibility, but video quality, too. While GuuzakaTube/Guuzaka was never intended to be an over-edited, glamorous channel, it was not about substandard quality either. Guuzaka has far stronger brand identity than Atazaka does, as is evidenced in the editing and Internet visbility.

As for why Atazaka rhymes with Guuzaka? Because it's totally intentional! 😎 They are siblings, so I intentionally made their names end in "Zaka".

Will The ATA1201058 Videos Be Left On The Guuzka-branded Channel, Or Will You Transfer Them?

They will be left on Guuzaka. It does not make sense to transfer for them over, and lose all the comments, views, and statistics they have garnered over the years. Furthermore, the loss of 80 videos would make milestone videos such as 100th Video, 200th video, and so on inaccurate. Furthermore, as mentioned above, even though Guuzaka transformed to be a very different successor, he is the direct, natural, successor of ATA1201058. Atazaka was created separately with purpose of functioning as the modern continuity of what ATA1201058 was like.

So What Motivated You To Create Atazaka?

This. This question is the biggest highlight of this entry! You see, while Guuzaka and Atazaka have their similarities, they also had some major differences. Especially when comparing the early Ata videos to the Guuzaka-branded videos. There is just a particular charm about them, that is missing from the Guuzaka-branded videos. Don't get me wrong: I very much love the cool, green guy. 😎 As time went on though, I started to miss some of the attributes of the videos from the old days. How YouTube was then, memories then, and more. Naturally, this would include the simplistic nature of Ata. I can't remember if it was 2018 or 2019, where I started toying with the idea of bringing back Ata back. One thing's certain: I got very serious about resurrecting Ata during 2019, and made some plans about how I would do this for January 04, 2020, since it would be exactly 10 years from the date Ata was created.

Lo and behold, I did it guys. 😲🌠 I went ahead and actually did it. 🌟

What Will The 2020 Revived Ata Be About?

Same thing back then: short, simple videos of whatever I feel like doing.

What Will Be Different About The 2020 Revived ATA?

Aside from the name-ending and actual presence of a visual brand logo, nothing major. As mentioned earlier, the videos will not be substandard! 😅 They will be of much higher resolution and audio quality. ✅

Why Couldn't Guuzaka Just Be Like This? Why Two Brands?

Good question, considering that Guuzaka is supposed to be a "natural" brand. By that, I mean that it is not a mass appeal, clickbaity, *high traffic, sellout brand. It's all about content that I like, and if you do not like, then you just have to move on. While that is true, it has also developed traits that make it unique. Traits that just simply make it Guuzaka, and cannot be simply described in one word.🎦 I would say enigmatic describes it perfectly well. 🛸 Guuzaka videos almost always have intros, outros, 10+ minutes long, and have other Guuzakish tidbits. 🏔🍁🎶🐦

*There is absolutely nothing wrong with being a successful channel with thousands or millions of fans. As long as you are a genuine channel that contributes to the better of the Internet, you deserve your success. 🏆 But to those of you who built your success on foolishness, please do not just me, but millions of others a favour: get off the Internet. 🙄

What if I told you...... that this whole time the green Guuzaka guy was not the only thing on the channel that goes by that title? 😶 The same is true for Atazaka. ATA1201058 on the other hand, never had proper logo or anything. It was really prototype-y and lacked a true brand identity. And by the way, I do not personally think these names sound feminine. Well, maybe Atazaka somewhat does, but certainly not Guuzaka!

If they do take off, I would hope that it happens naturally. We all know what happens to channels that grow too quickly, so, um, yeah. 😬 I would rather have an audience of 5000 that understands my videos for what they are, than to have troubled ocean of 12,000,000. That's not to say that all large channel are infested with trolls. They're not. It's just better to have an audience that is behaved, regardless of whether you are a small, mid-sized, or big creator. Did you see that Tweet yesterday? 😲 Oh, I'm sure you did! Have you seen much of the changes yet? 👀 No, you almost certainly have not! Were you expecting this to happen? I highly doubt it! 🤯 The last time time such a major change took place on the channel was when it transitioned from ATA1201058 to GuuzakaTube back in 2016. That change brought numerous differences beyond just simply a name change. It brought true brand identity, quality, and oh so many more! 🌠 For this entry, I'll be exploring the differences with GuuzakaTube and Guuzaka.

As the new channel intro mentions, the Guuzakan style of videos has not changed. You may breathe a sigh of relief. 😌 If you're not relieved, then you are clearly on the wrong channel. 😐 The exit is this way. You still here? 🤨 Good! 😎 Let's move onto the next point!

Cosmetics & Logo

This. This is where the bulk of the changes took place for the 3rd year of Guuzaka. Gone are the Deal With It Sunglasses! For the coming new decade, it was time to come up with something more original, so I went ahead and created something else. You will see the new logo, and name across all of my social media anchors. 👁‍🗨 Including this very blog I am typing this entry on. Oh, I think that brings us to the next point. 📝

A quick click on that link will show you that it is broken because it moved, right? Well, yes! I changed the URL, username, avatar and the blog name. The blog has long moved away from just solely being about my YouTube uploads. The ATA brand, as you already read in the first paragraph, has been obsolete for 3 years now. Therefore, this clean up was necessary for the coming new decade. It is high time that the blog properly reflects what it truly is, the brand behind it, and the 2019 changes.

Watermark & Slightly More Advanced Edits

All videos published from this day and onward until an unspecified point, will feature the new watermark. As you may or may not have noticed, ever since Windows Movie Maker started being too problematic with publishing lengthy 4K videos, I have since used ShotCut. As a result, this allowed me to toss images, corrections, adjust video audio so that it does not overpower voice-overs, and more, on top of my videos. This is thanks to the use of multiple tracks. Something I would have never been able to experience the benefits of, had I stubbornly stuck with the outdated Windows Movie Maker. 😵

I know, I know. How lame of me to make a post celebrating my own brand. 🕶 Wait, that's not actually lame. 🤨 LOL! 🤣 So yeah, it's now been two years under this name, with the channel itself being 8 years, 9 months and 4 weeks old. Wow! 😲 Time surely flies, eh? ✈🕒 So! You must be wondering how have things been with this "GuuzakaTube" title? It's certainly a lot easier and catchier than ATA1201058! 😎 But unfortunately, 2018 has not been a kind year to creator's, especially small ones with less than 4,000 watch hours, and less than 1,000 subscribers who do not make clickbait. 😑 Actually, even medium and larger creators are getting fed up with the yellow circles, false copyright and duplication claims. Ah, YouTube. When will you ever stop upsetting the community and treating them as second class citizens?

Ok, AdSense bickering and YouTube policies aside, how is the channel otherwise? Where is it going? How long will I stay on YouTube? Well, despite the platform frequently making unwelcome changes, it still remains a fun place to watch videos -- for now.... 😶 With the way their getting sensitive about "advertiser friendly" content, it makes you wonder what the future will hold. Those that have successful, diversified streams of income may be able to skirt around this madness. But of course, those who don't give two hoots about how much money they make on YouTube, will probably keep doing what they do. Unless, YouTube stops allowing "advertiser unfriendly content" regardless of whether or not the channel is apart of the YouTube Partner Program. 💀💀💀

So GuuzakaTube, as we can see is still centered around wondrous/enigmatic/political/gaming/commentary/musical/discussion/outdoors/unboxing/childish/bewildering videos! 💫 Surprising isn't it?! 🤪👾🤡🙀 Well, no! I told y'all that I ain't selling the channel out to please nobody. 😝 If you can handle it, welcome. 😇 If not, please scram! 👿😜 As for the lifespan of the channel, well only God knows at this point. At the moment, I do not have any plans in the foreseeable future to quit.
